Get your favourite recipe, retail ready with this 5 week, virtual program that will run every Monday from January 25th – March 1st.

January 25, 2021 - Class 1: Recipe & Formula Development (for scalability)
February 1, 2021 - Class 2: Circularity & Sustainability in Food Production
February 8, 2021 - Class 3: Guidelines for Food Packaging & Nutrition Labeling
February 22, 2021 - Class 4: Food Product Sales for Food Service or Retail
March 1, 2021 - Class 5: Brand Development and Social Media Marketing
