The format of the event includes:
1. From Start-up to Scale Up – a presentation from Venturepark Labs. Venturepark Labs is the non-profit division of Venturepark, the Business growth ecosystem founded by Arlene Dickinson. Supporting early-Stage CPG entrepreneurs, Labs offers Product exploration, Manufacturing space and support, growth mentorship, as well as Incubator and Accelerator programs. Their presentation will take you on the food entrepreneurship journey from start-up to scale up, highlighting important tricks and tips along the way to grow a successful food business.
2. Introduction to Working with Whole Foods. Learn from the Whole Foods local foraging team what it takes to get your product on the shelves. Discover critical retail readiness, and marketing and presentation strategies, and how to prepare your food business for broader markets and expansion.
3. Mini-Market and Networking. Connect with local support programs and other food entrepreneurs. Bring your wallet and support local, growing food businesses.
