Git is the most popular version control system.  The simplistic setup with a few branches is less commonplace with demands for multi-environments, hot-fixes, rollbacks, and so on.  Git can be as complex as you make it, and this session is geared towards practices to help simplify your setup and avoid turning Git into a project on its own.
